Tour & Ferry Cancellation Policy
All individual tickets sold are nonrefundable.
Charter Cancellation Policy
Charter cancellations made more than 14 days from departure will receive a full refund. Charter cancellations made between 14 - 7 days from departure will receive a 50% refund. Charter cancellations made less than 7 days from departure will forfeit their deposit and receive no refund.
Weather Policy
Weather cancellations are at the discretion of the captain on duty and will be determined at least 1 hour prior to departure. In the event of cancellation due to weather, guests will be permitted to reschedule their trip or receive credit for a future event.
Food & Beverage Policy
Snacks and beverages are available for purchase on the boat. We offer beer, wine, spritzers, soda, and water. Outside food & beverage are not permitted without prior approval from the Ferry Crew. Please contact us for any catering needs.
Gratuities
It is customary to tip your crew. Tips are not included in the price of tickets or charters.
Denial of Service
Our ferry crew reserves the right to deny any service to any patron who may endanger the safety of our passengers or crew.
BIKES
Passengers may bring non-motorized bicycles on board for a $5.00 surcharge.
Bathrooms
The M/V Haendel contains a small, manual head available for all ticketed passengers. There are also public restrooms available at Henry Hudson Riverfront Park.
Children
We love having children on our boat! Children under the age of 2 ride free.
PETS
Well behaved pets are welcome on our boats. Should they disturb other passengers or interfere with the operation of the vessel, they may not ride.
